1. Can’t the squeegee cleaning the floor totally?
Answer: check whether the lid of the sewage tank is covered, and whether the the sewage tank is well sealed. Check whether the suction hose is blocked.
2. Residual water stains when absorbing water？
Answer: check whether there are foreign matters on the squeegee, such as hair, paper ball, toothpick, etc. And then just clean it in time. Pay attention to the length of the squeegee which is consumable. The general service life is about 3 months. If the squeegee is damaged or severely worn, please purchase from the manufacturer for replacement in time.
3. Insufficient supply of detergent found？
Answer: check whether the proportion of detergent and water adjustment are appropriate.
4. Drain solenoid valve blocked？
Answer: open the drain solenoid valve of the floor scrubber and clean it.
5. The brush disc of the floor scrubber doesn’t work？
Answer: Possibly due to below reasons:
(1)The brush disc assembly is lifted off the ground
(2)The overload protector of the brush disc motor works
(3)The carbon brush of the brush disc motor is seriously worn (Contact the manufacturer to solve the problem)
